I believe everyone deserves an equal start in life. To me this means that each individual should be provided with equal chances.
Education plays a major part in the chances of an individual.
The current education-system, frontal instruction, assumes that a whole class (+- 30 students) learns in the same way and at the same pace.
This is not the case. There are huge differences in learning styles between individuals.
There is a huge need for personalization of the learning process.
Until now it was not possible to have different learning styles within a class because of the administrative pressure and the problem that a teacher can only teach in one way while he is giving instruction....
