Copy LinkedIn contacts over to employer's main database
Require employees to amend the visibility of connections
Right of access/password control
Be specific regarding social media in restrictive covenants e.g. specify what
amounts to solicitation – try and remove uncertainty
Require employees to delete existing or prospective clients from all social
networking sites and/or close down their LinkedIn account
