2. Anna is a very curious child that she always like to play near his dad office.
She thought it was cool how his dad made apps that she could than play in
her tablet.
3. One day while playing near her dad’s office she hear her dad talking about
stable matching she more than once. She wonder was did that term mean.
When her dad finish his conversation she ask him about the it.
4. “Well, Stable Matching is when we guarantee that all elements of two sets
are put in pair with an element from the other set and that pair is the best
available match
5. “I don’t understand” Anna said
“Let’s see….”
“Since you like to, do you remember Hunger Games” his
dad said
“Yes! That’s my favorite book” Anna said
“Do you how the characters formed teams during the
games?”
“Yes!”
6. “Well, let me put it this way. Imagine that the Katniss, Gale, Peeta, and
Finnick have to divide in teams of two people. As you know Katniss
and Peeta would prefer each other. Having a team with two people that
prefer each other would make the matching stable. However that
would let Gale and Finnick as the only other option for the other team
which would make Gale not too happy. Since not all the members of
this team are happy with the match the matching would be unstable”
8. “Is it clear to you now Anna?”
“So stable matching is when someone is happy in the group they are in
and unstable matching is when the person doesn’t to be in the group
they’re in”
“Yes, I think you got it”
