• Indonesia Laws No. 8/2016 covers the rights and needs of PwDs needs to
be further socialized.
* Quota 1 % for private sector and 2% for government institutions cannot
be fulfilled.
* Opportunities for workers with disabilities to find suitable employment is low.
• Lack of understanding from the employers towards the needs of PwDs.
• Lack of upgraded training for PwDs to reach the minimum standard.
• Potentials of PwDs have yet been regarded equally capable to non PwDs.

5. SOLUTION: CROSS-CUTTING ISSUES -

of peanut type of “Kacang Koro”, etc.
• Community Based Rehabilitation through
environment activities.
• Training for Trainers for both disability dan
environment communities.
