I spend most of my professional career in the market research industry where the objective is to help companies making fact based decisions. Apart from developing research, consultancy, presentation and reporting skills, my most important trade is to meet and manage client expectations.
Within the IDC Benelux organization I took on various responsibilities ranging from program manager to business development manager and from research director to manager of the local Benelux operations responsible for overall P&L.
In 2005 I moved to IDC’s Global Research organization working directly for IDC’s chief research officer managing large worldwide projects and also became a member of IDC
