Main issues: equipments & medicines
- Not all of them easily reproducible/repairable
- Impossible to recycle some specific components
- Impossible to reuse some components
- Many drugs not producible
- Emergency cases difficult to handle
- Long-term diseases difficult to treat
- Population control (hormone suppression, homosexual-only pop,
etc.)
