About Udyog Kranti
Udyog Kranti is an NGO (registered under regrn. of
Karnataka societies act 1960) founded by Shri. Girish L.
Mattennavar in the year 2011 in a remote poverty ridden
village of Yadagiri District of Karnataka. Encouraged by the
success of job fair conducted in Gurumathkal town where
nearly 2000 unemployed youths grabbed job with the
participation of 50 corporate companies all over
Karnataka, Girish Mattennavar now extending the service
of Udyog Kranti at every Taluk & District centre of
Karnataka

About the Founder
• Post Graduate in Genetic Engineering from
Karnataka University , Dharwad , Started
His career as Police Sub Inspector in 2001
• Quit the Police Department in 2004 and
started Right To Information Campaign all
over the state.
• Became Chairman Kantheerava
studio(minister of state rank) between
2008-2010 he was instrumental in bringing
complete developmental changes to the
Film Studio.
• Became Chairman Irrigation Zone,
Gulbarga ( minister of State rank ) in
Karnataka Govt , conducting all round
irrigation activities along with the farmers

Our Mission & Vision
• Udyog Kranti is working to provide placement facilities , employment
opportunities, self employment awareness programs of Government
schemes at the town & rural areas of Karnataka so that the plight of
emigration is eradicated to the maximum extent.
• We have a vision of creating a SKILLED WORK FORCE at every taluk
place which would encourage the small scale & rural industry in line
with centralised capitalist industrial establishments. Udyog Kranti is
working towards developing an EMPLOYMENT HUB that would satisfy
the growing needs of industrial expansion.
• Udyog Kranti is working on the lines of MAHATMA GANDHI'S
PRINCIPLE : PRODUCTION BY THE MASS RATHER THAN MASS
PRODUCTION.IN RURAL AREAS PRODUCTION BY MASS IS BEST
SUITABLE FOR INDIAN ECONOMY COMPARED TO MASS PRODUCTION

Job Placements
Industrialization and globalization has let to a huge
demand for jobs in skilled and unskilled sectors in tier 2
and tier 3 cities. This has created a big gap in the
requirement of manpower. Through its centre's across
the state, Udyog Kranti is helping youths find
employment in various organizations.
Udyog Kranti has a large network of trained and
committed franchises across Karnataka. This gives
Udyog Kranti access to the large, yet untapped
educated youths in district and taluk levels across the
state.
Udyog Kranti is active with several youth organizations,
SHG’s on government schemes related to employment
creation, skill development, life skills, community skills.

Our Services
Skill Developments
Udyog Kranti is the executive partner of Gumbi Software Pvt
Ltd, which is a training partner with the National Skill
Development Corporation ( NSDC). Through its vast network of
franchises and volunteers, Udyog Kranti has successfully
executed numerous skill development programmes and has
held workshops to develop the skills among the youth.
In its first project, Udyog Kranti has been instrumental in setting
up over 90 centers for the NSDC programmes. Through these
center over 5,000 students were enrolled and certified under
the NSDC - STAR skill development project.
Currently Udyog Kranti is undertaking an ambitious project
through its franchises to set up over 300 skill development
centre's across the state for the current PMKVY projects.
These projects cover a wide range of skills including skills in the
Telecom sector, Media and entertainment, Banking and gems
and jewelry programmes.

How we work
 Udyog Kranti ( UK ) executes its activities
through Udyog Kranti Centre's ( UKC ).
 Every UKC is strengthened by well furnished
office infrastructure with computer , land
line & internet broad band connection.
 A well qualified staff, JOB COUNSELLER ( JC
) trained for counseling & job placement is
available at all the UKCs. Information display
boards spread in the office premises for
employment awareness.
 Udyog Kranti created a huge resume bank
by collecting resumes from all across its
networks.
 These resumes are then forwarded to
various Human Resource managers in public
and private sectors.
 Udyog Kranti facilitates the candidates to be
interviewed and eventually hired by these
organizations.

  • 3. About Udyog Kranti Udyog Kranti is an NGO (registered under regrn. of Karnataka societies act 1960) founded by Shri. Girish L. Mattennavar in the year 2011 in a remote poverty ridden village of Yadagiri District of Karnataka. Encouraged by the success of job fair conducted in Gurumathkal town where nearly 2000 unemployed youths grabbed job with the participation of 50 corporate companies all over Karnataka, Girish Mattennavar now extending the service of Udyog Kranti at every Taluk & District centre of Karnataka www.udyogkranti.org

About the Founder • Post Graduate in Genetic Engineering from Karnataka University , Dharwad , Started His career as Police Sub Inspector in 2001 • Quit the Police Department in 2004 and started Right To Information Campaign all over the state. • Became Chairman Kantheerava studio(minister of state rank) between 2008-2010 he was instrumental in bringing complete developmental changes to the Film Studio. • Became Chairman Irrigation Zone, Gulbarga ( minister of State rank ) in Karnataka Govt , conducting all round irrigation activities along with the farmers www.udyogkranti.org

Our Mission & Vision • Udyog Kranti is working to provide placement facilities , employment opportunities, self employment awareness programs of Government schemes at the town & rural areas of Karnataka so that the plight of emigration is eradicated to the maximum extent. • We have a vision of creating a SKILLED WORK FORCE at every taluk place which would encourage the small scale & rural industry in line with centralised capitalist industrial establishments. This has created a big gap in the requirement of manpower. Through its centre's across the state, Udyog Kranti is helping youths find employment in various organizations. This gives Udyog Kranti access to the large, yet untapped educated youths in district and taluk levels across the state.   • 7. Our Services Skill Developments Udyog Kranti is the executive partner of Gumbi Software Pvt Ltd, which is a training partner with the National Skill Development Corporation ( NSDC). Through its vast network of franchises and volunteers, Udyog Kranti has successfully executed numerous skill development programmes and has held workshops to develop the skills among the youth. In its first project, Udyog Kranti has been instrumental in setting up over 90 centers for the NSDC programmes. Through these center over 5,000 students were enrolled and certified under the NSDC - STAR skill development project. Currently Udyog Kranti is undertaking an ambitious project through its franchises to set up over 300 skill development centre's across the state for the current PMKVY projects. These projects cover a wide range of skills including skills in the Telecom sector, Media and entertainment, Banking and gems and jewelry programmes. www.udyogkranti.org

How we work  Udyog Kranti ( UK ) executes its activities through Udyog Kranti Centre's ( UKC ).  Every UKC is strengthened by well furnished office infrastructure with computer , land line & internet broad band connection.  A well qualified staff, JOB COUNSELLER ( JC ) trained for counseling & job placement is available at all the UKCs. Information display boards spread in the office premises for employment awareness.  Udyog Kranti created a huge resume bank by collecting resumes from all across its networks.  These resumes are then forwarded to various Human Resource managers in public and private sectors.  Udyog Kranti facilitates the candidates to be interviewed and eventually hired by these organizations. www.udyogkranti.org
