4.  Establish and ensure implementation of the HSE and security Management System and plan
on the all construction phases ensuring compliance with OHSA 18001 and ISO 9000, 14001
standards.
 Provide HSE leadership and technical expertise to company and sub contactors personnel to
continuously improve safety and security.
 Review all method statements and risk assessments, to ensure compliance to international
standards, before submission for final client approval.
 Coordinate and communicate with Clients on Project HSE and security issues.
 Establish project HSE audit program & schedule and perform the Project
 Conduct HSE Audit within the project organization in cooperation with joint ventures board
requirements. Report such results to Project Management.
 Provide technical support/guidance as necessary to accident/incident investigation and ensure
mitigation controls are implemented.

issuance.
 On monthly basis inform Project HSE manager of the nominees for the HSE Incentives

Procedure.
