activity.
What we recommend is this should be done at Promenade, Vasant
Kunj, given that the store is on the ground floor and draws a bigger
crowd over the weekends than either or possibly both Gurgaon and
Noida.
The ground floor gives us access to a big hallway where we can do a set up,
whether a small ramp or even a Q&A desk.

This can be a huge chance for guys out there
& they can walk the ramp with Fawad Khan
in their GIOVANI Suits.
Even if men are not into selfies but a ramp
can definitely strike a chord with them,
Because deep inside they are also eager for
the 500 likes mark on their profile picture.

Here in this campaign the
fan/customer has to shop for a certain
amount, say 5000, from GIOVANI
store & he can get a direct ticket to
meet Fawad Khan, or
Looking at other side of this, Some
lucky fans(may be 3) get an exclusive
visit to the store with Fawad khan &
that will be revealed during the event
itself. So to get this chance they have
to be present there during the event.
Radio campaign
1-2 months prior to the event we can
start with our Radio promotions, there
can be contests like “How well do you
know Fawad khan”, & winners can get
Giovani shopping vouchers or chance
to meet Fawad Khan. But to get these
vouchers they have to be present at
the event.
Event Activities
Ramp walk
A ramp will be created in the mall area where FK will showcase the latest
collection on GIOVANI & he will also walk the ramp with the lucky winners of
#WALKWITHFKMEETTHEMAN contest
Chat show
A chat show format, possibly hosted live from inside the mall by one of
the biggest RJs in Delhi-NCR will work. Think Jimmy Fallon/Kimmel
format.
This could possibly be live streamed using Periscope, a live broadcast
app from Twitter, while simultaneously being live/broadcast on the radio
station.
While the select audience gets to ask Fawad questions, the RJ
moderates the conversation. Here the fans will het know more about
FK& his upcoming projects.
Photo booth
As shown in Pre event activities, a photo booth will be set up in Mall for
#SELFIEWITHFKMEETTHEMAN activity.
We could hire a few big fashion stylists who are big in the fashion circuit and
ask them to create looks involving the existing Giovani range for various
occasions in front of the audience.
We should in specific use this as a reason to create an Instagram exclusive
Look book for the season, either capitalising on his existing fan base or our
following. (Please check Burberry's Instagram handle)

Live Social feed
As the chat shows go on, there can be a live session on facebook channel,
where people can ask questions & someone can reply on behalf of fawad &
he can see the event live.
Exclusive store visit
This is also an continuation of the pre event activity, where say three
lucky people get a chance to shop with FK where he can suggest
what he/she should buy
Post Event Activities
The post event activities comprises the results of pre & event
activities.
At the end the lucky ones will get the goodies from GIOVANI &
directly from Fawad Khan.
They can also get featured on GIOVANI’s official social handles
which they can share & feel special about it.
The clothes worn by FK during the ramp show can exclusively be
sold at the store FK visits keeping this factor.
