With effect from 27 Mar 2020,
all travellers entering Singapore
have to submit a health
declaration before immigration
clearance via the SG Arrival
Card e-Service
• Screening of Inbound
Passengers. With effect from
29 Jan 2020, passengers on all
arrival flights are subject to
temperature screening.
• Cleaning in more frequent
intervals. Doubled cleaning in
terminals and Jewel, and tripled
frequency for locations with high
contact surfaces.
• HEPA Filters. Aircrafts are
equipped with HEPA filters that
filter more than 99.99% of
airborne microbes, which have a
similar performance to that of
hospital operating rooms.
• Enhanced Cleaning. In addition
to existing hygiene measures,
SQ is using strong disinfectant
on high contact surfaces like
entertainment screens and
windows.
• Well-being and safety of airline
crew. All crew are required to
wear masks on board and are
provided with gloves.

1. Who can submit the electronic arrival card? All foreign visitors travelling to
Singapore except those arriving via cruise liners and those entering Singapore to
assume work pass status
2. How to access SGAC? Via STB’s Visit Singapore Travel Guide App, ICA’s SG arrival card
mobile application or https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard
3. What are the benefits of the SGAC?
(a) Travellers will only need to produce their passports for immigration clearance upon arrival
(b) One-time group submission for families or travellers in small groups (max 10 people)
(c) Less manual entry of personal information
4. If I have submitted an electronic arrival card, do I still need an entry visa? The
electronic arrival card is not a visa. If a visa is required to enter Singapore, it will still
need to be applied for.
The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is an e-service that
allows foreign visitors to submit their arrival card
electronically, up to 14 days in advance before
they arrive in Singapore
