is a spin-off startup that emerged from the environmental organization MEGA (www.megageneration.com). It is built upon the 4-year experience of the organization, its resources, and the expertise of its team in connecting young and passionate environmentalists with environmental organizations in Moldova, Romania, Germany, and the Netherlands. ENVERACE has “graduated” from such programmes as Rockstart Launchtrack Moldova and Founder Institute Chisinau.

Professional orientation tool for candidates (September 2017): Environmental career test that young environmentalists can use to discover their most suitable environmental career path. It also allows us to collect CVs and build the community of candidates.
Enviro-job post creation and management platform (October 2017): On-line tool allowing the customers to create and share environmental job posts with the Pre-selection Button automatically integrated in them.
Candidate-company matching platform (November 2017): Upgraded version of the MEGA web platform with the enviro-job post creation and pre-selection tools integrated in it, allowing community members and companies to connect with each other and find perfect candidate-job matches.
“t-metris” behaviour assessment tools (December 2017): Algorithms and metrics integrated into the platform for assessing and visualizing work behaviour of community members while “testing” open environmental jobs.
