The Note
• This system was developed for projection
of dies which working parts are made on
cavityless casting.
• The equipment (forming machine ) on
which dies are designed should be strictly
double operation, i.e. have internal and
external slide blocks.
The positive sides from application
of system is:
• Maximizes productivity through automation designMaximizes productivity through automation design

• The further development cycle of the project is
the analysis and editing of templates by the user.
• The analysis and editing are made by standard
means of module " Modeling " UG.
• At the same stage the user adds the standard
and normalized details in the project.
• There is an opportunity to add original details.
These details should contain in original parts files,
is in a directory with the detail design, at a top
part file of the project to be present as separate
components.
