• Vendor Development, Work out actual cost and negotiate with vendors, Vendors Analysis, Scrutinising Procurement
Activities. Rate negotiation, Rate contract with standard vendors /Authorised dealers. Reconciliation of Vendors’ bills &
resolve for disputed issues at the earliest.
• Screening of require items, quality wise rates comparative, making Cost Base Analysis for taking approval from higher
authority.

Store Management
• Planning, directing and maintaining efficient warehouse operations, assigning and evaluating the work performance of
