This day does double duty—providing an overview of artistic brand
thinking (Brand University) as well as a magical investigation
of your own personal brand expressions (Brand You). It is
designed to open a mental door to thinking about brands in

uses various techniques to invite discovery and exploration,

Developing Creative Strategies

This day provides an overview of the creative planning
discipline and the fundamentals of market research to
find ‘areas of heat’ for your brand and communications

without spending a fortune, how to know when you’ve
found one and what to do with them in order to light
the house on fire. We’ll also cover how to get it sold
in and how to include this philosophy when you don’t

Finding Areas of Heat
Created to get everyone on the same proverbial page, this day
will provide you with both ideas and skills that will help you
bring your insights and brilliant thinking to life. A brief is
the foundational piece that will get people (internally and
externally) to fall in love with your brand, your product and
the project. These shifts actually make brief thinking and
brief writing easier and more effective. A review of your
existing ‘best and worst’ briefs is included for context: Your
team will get hands-on practice writing and briefing, and
having them learn it together will help create radical change
