I am graduating from the University of Tasmania in December with a Bachelor of Business with majors in HRM & Marketing and I am currently seeking opportunities in both these fields. I am really passionate about both HRM & Marketing and throughout my time at university I focused my assignments and projects on the HRM function and the impact this function has on an organisations marketing activities; such as the front line employee impact on the consumer service experience, organisational branding in the context of an employer of choice & the two functions working together as strategic partners.
