        Profile: Lynda Starnes is the owner of Exclusively HR, a Dallas based human resources (HR) Company that provides comprehensive consulting, project consulting, training, interim, and on-call HR services to a diverse client base. Focus areas include implementing HR processes and programs for new or emerging companies, offering part-time HR services for companies with no in-house HR support, augmenting an existing HR staff by providing additional expertise, and providing  HR related auditing services to any organization desiring to ensure their regulatory compliance and minimize the risk of incurring fines and penalties.   In addition, Lynda works effectively with M & A engagements in need of HR expertise.  Lynda’s Human Resources experience includes over 2 years as a business owner and senior HR consultant and over 20 years working in senior management positions for  several corporations.    Her expertise spans the private and public business sectors in healthcare, human services, financial services, marketing, telecommunications, transportation, and manufacturing.  She has worked for a variety of organizations from modest start-ups to large multi-state and international companies, and has completed a number of merger and acquisition activities.  Lynda provides exceptional services to meet the unique Human Resource needs of each of her clients. She regularly presents to businesses and local organizations in the Dallas area.  Lynda graduated from Texas Tech University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Welfare and Psychology. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She is a member of Dallas Human Resources Association (DHR) and the national Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the Plano Chamber of Commerce and Toastmasters Speakers International.  	Lynda is active in her church and in the community.  She regularly volunteers with the Turning Point Rape Crisis Center of Collin County where she serves as an advocate, and a member of the Board of Directors, Samaritan Inn, My Friend’s House, Habitat for Humanity, and Prison Ministries.
