A wonderful day exploring the Brunello wine region. The first stop will be to a cutting-edge Brunello winery where
we will taste an amazing Brunello wine and sample the spicy, intense extra virgin olive oil produced by the estate. We
will visit the winery’s grounds and most importantly, the historic cellars. Next stop is the charming town of Montalci-
no, where we can enjoy lunch in a typical Tuscan restaurant and then have time to explore the town’s narrow winding
streets filled with artisan food and wine shops. The unspoilt character of the town of Montalcino and the surrounding

We will reach Bolgheri via a long, cypress-lined road called the Via Bolgherese. The town is small and charming with
an eleventh century castle of the Gherardesca family, where poet Giosuè Carducci lived during his childhood. After
visiting Bolgheri, we will drive among endless vineyards to an exquisite winery where we will sample some spectacular
wines under the expert guidance of your winery guide. We will be introduced to Super Tuscan wines, to wine-making
in general and to the latest trends in viticulture. We will visit the prestigious wineries that produce the famous wine of
Sassicaia, Ornellaia and Tignanello worldwide renowed for the best quality. A delicious lunch awaits us in the medie-

the pride of the classic Fiat 500. We want to share the experience of living at the same time two characteristic aspects of Tuscany: the wonderful

Balloon Tour Experience
Get ready for an early start! Ballooning is best done at sunrise as this is the calmest and most beautiful time of day. The landscape here is perfect
for flying (We suggest casual clothing and walking shoes). The Balloon flight lasts more than 1 hour (50-55 Km), and concludes with traditional
champagne breakfast.The whole experience will take approx 3 hours. It starts at the launch field at 6:00 a.m. from Montisi, a small village 30 km far

Under modern Rome there is another Rome… a fascinating and mysterious Rome rich in history, art and treasures. The itinerary that allows you to
experience a journey through centuries of history starts at the Basilica of San Clemente. With its two underground levels, this church gives a perfect
idea of a main characteristic of Rome: the urban stratification. Going further down, you will reach two other ancient Roman buildings. One of them
hosts a small temple dedicated to the pagan god Mithra. The other site that will be part of your exploration of underground Rome is the small, but
really interesting, archaeological area of the Vicus Caprarius, just south of the Trevi fountain.
Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St.Peter’s Basilica
The visit will start in the vicinity of the Vatican. After a short walk along the Vatican wall you will enter the Museums by way of a preferential en-
trance. You will climb a spiral staircase to reach the various sections: the Pius-Clementine Museum with its ancient collection of statues, the Gallery
of the Candelabra, the Gallery of Maps, the Gallery of Tapestries, then on to the apartments of Julius II, known as the Raphael’s Rooms, because

Ostia is, after Pompeii, the best example of a typical Roman city that we can see today. Its name derives from the Latin word ostium meaning mouth
and refers to its location right by the mouth of the Tiber River: a strategic position that allowed totdefend and control the access to Rome. According
to the legend, Ostia was founded by the Roman king Anco Marzio in the 7th century B.C. but this early date is not confirmed by any archaeological

Departure is from Milan Piazza Sempione, 5 in front of the Peace Arch monument dating back to Napoleon, 25 meters high and 24 wide. From
here it skirts the Parco Sempione Triennial towards Castello Sforzesco, luxurious residence of the Dukes of Milan in the fifteenth century and a
powerful defense during the French occupation. You arrive in the square in front of the beautiful Fountain of Castello Sforzesco situated in front of
the main entrance with possible brief stop for souvenir photos. Bordering the beautiful scenery of this magnificent historic residence, accompanied
by the rumbling sound of nearly 500 of these magnificent horsepower, proceed in the direction of Piazza Cadorna where you go next to the Cadorna
Station (Northern Railway) with a view of the gigantic “Needle and Thread” sculpture created by Swedish artist Claes Oldenburg that reappears in
another part of the square. We will continue with Via Manzoni, CorsoVenezia, Piazza San Babilba passing through the fashion disctrict with the

Italian Champagne Franciacorta Experience
The name “Franciacorta” comes from the Latin Curtes Francae, used to describe the “liberated” courts (small communities) of Benedictine monks
released from the obligation to pay commercial transport duties on condition that they improved the land entrusted to them. Franciacorta is a spar-
kling wine from Lombardy with DOCG status produced from grapes grown within the boundaries of the territory of Franciacorta, on the hills of
a series of townships to the south of Lake Iseo in the Province of Brescia. It was awarded DOC status in 1967, the designation then also including
red and white still wines. Since 1995 the DOCG classification has applied exclusively to the sparkling wines of the area. A good Franciacorta has
nothing to envy to Champagne, since it reveals the same fragrancy notes, smell and flavour of bread crust.
Much less flowerly and fruity than a Prosecco produced with Martinotti method (re-fermentation process takes place in autoclave).
