The entrance

• In front of building there
  is a big sign, and banners
• The sign, in the shape :
  an Ojibwa Nishnawbe
  hand drum, was chosen
  to signal a strong
  Aboriginal presence
• The sign deliberated and
  bold and it becomes very
  clear who owns the place.
The Main floor
• Historical art works,
  and certifications.
• Accessibility

• Longhouse
• Childcare center
• Release room for
  Drug addiction
• Meeting room, office

  the children
• The children can have

Supports provided to families

• On going case management
• Information, supportive and crisis counseling
• Complete psycho-social assessments and service plans
• Advocacy, mediation and support with social
  conferences
• Support in the home and community
• Personal support for clients involved with Family or
  Criminal Court
• Connecting clients to Elders, ceremonies, teaching and
  community events
