   Performance within standard = stable process
   Implementation, e.g.:
    ◦   Standard of service delivery: 5-10 mins
    ◦   Actual service delivery A: 6.5 mins
    ◦   Actual service delivery B: 12 mins (?)
    ◦   Actual service delivery C: 3 mins (?)
   Some CBIS are capable of automatically
