To whom it may concern
This letter is to confirm that Lorenzo Rebagliati was a volunteer at 72 Erskine – Events & Exhibitions
and The Sydney International Cultural Centre in Sydney, Australia from March to August 2010. In his
role as Art Gallery Assistant, he carried the following responsibilities:
› general administrative tasks including maintaining spreadsheets and databases
as needed for the day-to-day business
› telemarketing and online research
› correspondence with clients, suppliers and business partners
› assisting the General Manager with the coordination of activities including the
promotion and initial planning of concerts and art exhibitions; supervision of
opening events;
› editing advertising sections and maintaining gallery listings in periodicals and
online, assembling media kits for print and online media
› assisting with hanging and taking down of exhibitions as well as staffing and
general upkeep of exhibits
During the course of his volunteer involvement, Lorenzo had shown exceptional willingness to learn
and accept responsibility of any task given to him. He has very good problem solving skills and is
able to work independently as well as part of a team. On numerous occasions he had also proven his
leadership abilities. His friendly, open and helpful nature make him a very pleasant colleague.
It was a pleasure having Lorenzo volunteer at 72 Erskine. He will be a valuable asset to any team, as
he embraces challenges, is reliable and flexible and increasingly achieves good results. He has my
highest recommendation.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours faithfully,
Emmaline Tsang
