My job profile as a Consultant
( Capacity Building ) includes the
planning and execution of Capacity
Building activities under Mid-Day
Meal Scheme.

2. • (i) providing need based support on capacity building and training
agenda of M.D.M focusing primarily on the issues of Education and
Nutrition value.
•
• (ii) Developing need based strategy for strengthening Village
Monitoring committee, School Management committee, Parents
teachers Association etc. for the Better implementation of
scheme.
•
• (iii) Assisting in developing training modules for different
stakeholders for generating awareness about M.D.M through non-
institutional framework.
•
• (iv) Conducting need based training for strengthening M.D.M at
every level in the selected area.

3. • (v) Technical assistance and capacity building of State agencies, and
community action groups.
• (vi) Organizing training programmes at State, District, Block and
village levels.
• (vii) Networking with eminent trainers and resource persons on the
issue of M.D.M
• (viii) Providing assistance in assessing impact of capacity building
and hand holding held at all levels .
• (ix) Asses the needs of training & intervention for technical
capacity building/support and supervision .
