• The prototype aims at providing freedom
of choice to the students to the subjects
they wish to study.
Prototype:
Students are offered
a list of
courses/subjects.
Subjects categorized:
-Mandatory
-Optional Students create an
account online.
Register and select
subjects of Interest
Subjects will be well
described with enough
data to help students
make their choices
Opportunities for online
counceling
sessions(Purely
optional), to help select
subjects
FeaturesMandatory weekly hours
to be completed by
students, to avoid casual
attitude.
Courses can be taken
from anywhere the
student want. School
boundaries not
mandatory
How does this help to
achieve better
transition to work
• Satisfaction: Based on what you study you
plan your future. If you adjust with what you
work, you are never going to be satisfied or
happy. If you enjoy your work no matter what
the conditions, you will prosper. So better start
learning things that interest you. You do not
want to be a trained Lion; Instead you want to
be a Lion that rules the wild-life.

  • 2. Prototype Description • The prototype aims at providing freedom of choice to the students to the subjects they wish to study.
  • 3. Prototype: Students are offered a list of courses/subjects. Subjects categorized: -Mandatory -Optional Students create an account online. Register and select subjects of Interest Subjects will be well described with enough data to help students make their choices Opportunities for online counceling sessions(Purely optional), to help select subjects FeaturesMandatory weekly hours to be completed by students, to avoid casual attitude. Courses can be taken from anywhere the student want. School boundaries not mandatory
  • 4. How does this help to achieve better transition to work
  • 5. • Satisfaction: Based on what you study you plan your future. If you adjust with what you work, you are never going to be satisfied or happy. If you enjoy your work no matter what the conditions, you will prosper. So better start learning things that interest you. You do not want to be a trained Lion; Instead you want to be a Lion that rules the wild-life. Answer

Stake Holder Feedback • Positives: – Tries to work on one of the root cause of dissatisfaction. – Learn what you dream: A good concept – Flexibility of courses/subjects • Negatives: – Does not guarrantee office environment/policies satisfaction – Does not remove dependency for seeking jobs – System depends on permission from Education and school boards • Add Ons: – Entrepreneurship programmes can be added – Good Internship programmes can be added, to improve work culture. – Later can work on prototypes for improv. office environments
