I have been very fortunate throughout my career to work for people who were willing to share their knowledge. I have also benefited from working for leaders who took risks and gave me greater responsibility; even when I may not have been the ideal candidate. Those experiences were always at fairly small companies. I'm very excited now to work with leaders who are willing to do the same at a company with unlimited growth potential. I can hardly wait to see where this road might lead.
