 Created employment for 5 fresh graduates with different education background through the
campaign.
 Succeeded to convince banks, private companies and governmental institutions to sign an MoUs
to provide loans, market and support to the farmers through the campaign.
 Generated sales of $13,700 for a period of 1 year by building and maintaining potential
customers
 Formulated six agribusiness groups of youth and women and linked them with bank and
market. Out of six three groups received loan.
 Assisted one orphanage center (Yatima Foundation Center) to acquire grants from bank.
 Launched products in totally new areas and achieved 100% target.
 Developed new marketing strategies to capture market channels with new clients
2.Public Relation success
Branding:
 Wrote catalogs, course guides and training brochures that enhanced the sales reps'
understanding of complex product features and helped them sell more effectively.
 Managed to achieve 60% of company rebranding and all its agro dealer shops in Tanzania.
