16. CONDITIONS OF TENDERING
● This part of the contract states the conditions
that need to be complied with by the
tenderer during the submission of tender.
● Conditions that should be taken note of are:-
- Tender deposit: In cash/Banker’s Cheque
made payable to Quantity Surveyor
- Tender bond: In the form of Bank Guarantee
or Banker’s Cheque made payable to
employer.
- Tender Validity Period: 90 Days from the final
closing date of tender
17. FINAL SUMMARY OF TENDER

priced bills for all sections of the
project
● So that tenderer can insert the
sectional summary to arrive at a
total amount which ultimately
becomes the “ tender amount”.

40. FORM OF BANK GUARANTEE FOR EARNEST
