We are the only office in town and the office in Phoenix, AZ is short on staff so they are sending work to our office and I am the one completing work at our office and the work of another office. It is extremely stressful especially during payroll weeks.<br />Using time management is a very good thing with it comes to balancing a hectic life/ schedule. Knowing your priorities helps put it together in a way that you can get everything done that needs to be done. If you work 8 hours a day than you can plan around that with other responsibilities that you may have. Once you get it down to a manageable schedule than your stress levels should reduce. <br />Critical thinking may take time, but I believe that that time to think things through is well worth the wait. Acting out of impulse can cause bigger problems which increases stress levels. If you weigh the pros and cons and figure out the best choice and why than you can make that decision with confidence. With a confident choice you will stress less and enjoy the ride more!<br />
