OVERVIEW
Elite Tower prominently located at the core of Dubai Marina. The Elite Residence provides
stunning 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and 3 and 4-bedroom penthouses. The tower consists
of 91 floors and a combination of luxury apartments, and penthouses, further accentuated
by a number of shops plus sports and recreational facilities for the exclusive use of the residents
in addition to ample car parking space.

OVERVIEW
Located in Doha’s Marina district, Zone1 Lusail. The Al JasraTowers is a mixed used
development consisting of 17 floors that sit on a podium with three basement levels that are
dedicated to car parking. The tower is to be used for offices and business center.
