Implications for Brands!
• Twitter’s new profile design enables brands to highlight their most important Twitter assets to drive
acquisition and engagement.
• “Best Tweets” provide brands with a clearer picture of how their content is performing in real-time.
• “Pinned Tweets” maximize the visibility of a brand's tweet over time. It gives brands an opportunity
to make their highest priority message the first thing profile visitors see without paying to promote it.
• Twitter’s move to more robust profiles, akin to other social networks, suggests they are shifting
toward building engaging communities vs a messaging platform.
