TODAY’S FOCUS
• 10 years ago YFY began exploring alternative materials
and processes for making pulp and paper.
• The decade of research, development, operational planning
and infrastructure design is resulting in a revolution in
both paper and the paper making process itself.
• Mobius105 is proud to introduce
product solutions for an
environmentally conscious world.
We are:
• Expanding the production of straw-based pulp + paper with a
proprietary enzymatic process, on a global scale.
• Delivering solutions that sustain people, the environment and
the economy.
• Creating a new cash crop for local farming communities.
• Significantly reducing the amount of CO2 emission and
other pollutants into the environment.
• Improving the utilization of water and other natural
resources.
OUR VISION HAS BECOME REALITY
OUR INSPIRATIONS AND MOTIVATIONS
Paper Facts:
Globally, humans consume over 400 million tons
of paper annually … equal to 1.4 billion trees.(1)
Worldwide paper consumption has increased
400% in the last 40 years.(2)
Annual U.S. per capita paper usage: 749
pounds.(3)

(2) Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations
(3) American Forest & Paper Association
OUR INSPIRATIONS AND MOTIVATIONS
The pulp and paper industries are among
the world’s largest emitters of greenhouse gases
and consumers of energy.
OUR INSPIRATIONS AND MOTIVATIONS
What a waste
Burning the left over straw introduces over a billion tons
of CO2 into the earth’s atmosphere annually.
Unfortunately, any opportunity for hard working farmers to earn
additional income from the straw also goes up in smoke.
Agricultural biomass produced in China alone totals
628 million tons.(4) It can be utilized to produce approximately
345 million tons of bio-pulp, enough to replace 86% of the total
amount of wood pulp used globally each year.
(4) National Bureau of Statistics of China
Prosperous Farming Communities
OUR INSPIRATIONS AND MOTIVATIONS
 No waste
 A collection process
 Access to collection points
 Farming opportunities fully supported
with a logistics system
YFY helps local farmers by creating revenue
opportunities with cash crops:
• Straw is one of the world’s most abundant crop by-products.
• 50% of these crops, by weight, is the residual straw.
• Globally, nearly 90% of the straw is burned off in order to clear
the field after the grain has been harvested.
• Harvesting is more frequent and plentiful than alternatives.
SOME QUICK FACTS ABOUT STRAW
INTRODUCING
The first paper/pulp to be:
• Made entirely from straw, an ultra-rapid renewable
resource.
• Produced through a proprietary enzymatic process.
• Manufactured in a net-zero emission paper mill.

Straw bio-pulping process development
• Thermal pretreatment without chemicals
• Enzyme production research from gene isolation to fermentation
• Specific refiner plate design for non-wood fiber application

 Introducing new sustainability standards for paper
making
 Sparking an environmental revolution
 Well on our way to our green goal of:
o Net zero CO2 emissions
o Net zero solid waste discharge and disposal
o Net zero water usage
We are:
Impact the triple bottom line of sustainability:
Economics, Ecology and Ethics
 Eliminates over 1 million tons
of CO2 and other pollutants
currently being released into
the environment.(5)
 Creates a new cash crop for
local farmers.
 Conserves the use of water
and other natural resources.
 Expands the production of
straw-based pulp + paper
with a proprietary enzymatic
process, on a global scale.
 Establishes the benchmark
for zero-emissions paper
manufacturing.
