Catalog Development
For my catalog design I chose to focus it around my jewelry line, Cameo.
Because the pictures were so detailed and intricate I chose to make the layout of the
catalog very clean and simple yet elegant so the pictures and the jewelry were the main focus.
All photos were taken by me and the jewelry was all created by me.
18. Product Development
For this project we were asked to create an eco-friendly product. My partner and I came up with a company
that delivers eco-friendly cleaning products and bath products starter home kits. It is not easy to go green
even if you want to; our created company, Under the Sink Behind the Mirror, made it easy to go green by
providing you with all the essential basics for house and bath. All of our delivery methods and packaging
were eco-friendly as well.

Fashion Concepting
For this class we learned how to create fashion croquis and fashion illustrations using Adobe Photoshop and
Adobe Illustrator. We were to create a fashion line and use our croquis to illustrate the clothing in a fitting
background that would explain the theme of the line. My line represented edgy yet classic street wear.
20. Psychology of Dress
For this class we were asked to write a miniature thesis for our final project. Ever since I was little I have
held an interest in the relationship between the film industry and the fashion industry and knew I would
research this topic for my thesis. At the start of writing my thesis, my hypothesis was that movies influence
the fashion industry; however, at the end of my research it was concluded that film and fashion influence
each other in a circle effect. Although, the highlight of my research were fashion magazine spreads found
through weeks of media scans that show obvious influence of blockbuster films.

In-House Promotions
I was a memeber of the merchandising team. We were in charge of obtaining all the clothing
and accessories for the fashion show as well as coordinating the outfits and the order of the
show.
28. Visual Techniques and Design II
My design was the winnning design to be one of four window displays for the semester. The concept was
meant for an accessory boutique. Because of the bad economy, women are buying more accessories to
update an outfit as opposed to buying new clothes. This research helped create my theme of “The
Great Impression.” The window display is of a soup kitchen during the Great Depression with the
jewelry representing the soup. My group received honorable mentions for this window because we were
the first group to create a powerful and effective window display without spending money.
