1. To establish a partnership affiliation between ESPN Deportes and
Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin over a 6 month
marketing campaign
2. To increase awareness amongst the community of healthy living
tips and the many services available at Froedtert and the Medical
College of Wisconsin through various commercials and radio
talk-time airing on ESPN 1510
3. To increase awareness of ESPN Deportes and ESPN Milwaukee by
enticing new listeners through the health related
topics/interviews presented in conjunction with Froedtert and
the Medical College of Wisconsin
 Have 1 minute of healthy tips, tricks, advice, etc. read over the air
 (:60) spots
 Health minute will be read 3 times per day
 Health minute will be changed every week (4 different Health
Minutes per week)
 Fun, quick facts about various sports
 Facts will preferably be according to the current sports season
 (:30) spots
 Sports Facts will be read 5 times a day (5 Different facts)
 Sports Facts will be changed every 2 weeks (10 facts per month)
 Interview local pro and college sports figures and incorporate up to
(:30) of the interview in a short dialogue that expands on interview
audio as it relates to health and sports news
◦ similar to ‘Que Pasa Waukesha’
 Interviews would air once a week about a certain 'hot topic’ or team in
sports
◦ If there is no interview audio there will be sports ‘weekly recaps’ and ‘big
stories’ (either upcoming or just passed)
 Up to (3 minutes)
 Once a week
 Changed each week
 Quick tips about different sports and how to train effectively for
them
 Tips will preferably be according to the current sports season
(football tips during football season, baseball during baseball, etc)
 :30 - :60 spots
 3 times a day
 Changed every month (3 different tips per month)
 Every month read the top 5 things that have happened in sports
history
 Up to 3 Minutes
 “This day…” will be read once a month
 It will change every month (5 historical facts per month)
 Have a Froedtert Dr. come to the studio or call in the first or last 10
minutes of Club Deportivo and discuss any sports/health related
issues that are current in the news
 have callers/Facebook fans/etc. have questions for the Dr. that we
can read over the air (sports/health related)
 Up to 10 minutes of Club Deportivo time
 Dr. Deportivo will air once a week
 Dr. Deportivo topics will be different each week
 A Froedtert Dr. will sit with Andy Olivares for 1 inning of each
Brewers Home Game aired on ESPN Deportes 1510
 They will discuss the game/health issues during that inning
 Roughly 10 games covered in the season
 At the end of the promotional commercials about sports will be a
Froedtert tag along the lines of:
