ever-shorter lead-time demands of customers in profitable manner.
In fact, time demands will be the strategic focus for buyers and suppliers a like for at
least the next decade. Time is the yardstick by which we increasingly judge those we
work with, particularly organizations providing manufacturing services.
For world wide manufacturers focusing on the Labor & Health Safety Practice,
Timeliness & Quality and Cost Effectiveness. To survive and thrive, it is only
through Continuous Improvement programs tailored to the needs of the business to
bridge the gaps between actuals and long term goals.

In this year, our compliance team which is Professional Personal Trainer has
founded The Compliance & Lean Practice Center due to the serious shortage of trained
professionals for the manufacturing industry. We helps to the client to attain a truly
waste-free manufacturing system Using simple language, innovative solutions and a
proven hands-on technique to successfully make the leap to Lean.
Our Commitment is to replace yesterday’s factory management techniques
with more efficient methods and synchronize in mutual benefits between high
reputation manpower and best quality that we are already working towards with our
many satisfied customers.
Our main focus is to keep you – our client – in the forefront of your field
and to help you build tomorrow’s success through today’s innovation.

1. INTENSIVE PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAM
The Compliance and Lean Practice Center offers short-term intensive corporate
training programs in the areas of management, product development, quality
assurance, industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, by on-job functional training,
coaching and mentoring. All of our topics can be integrated into fully customized
corporate training packages to efficiently deliver the cost-effective solutions you need.
We will divide into several sessions in regular class visit with the material from Lean
Systems and Compliance Systems.
The Training session will be held with a duration of 6-7 hours each visiting and
composition with outside /shop floor training. See in detail training material .
