verification, drawing approvals, services coordination etc. We

Each equipment is verified based on the site condition and in
case of any changes the same is coordinated with related
agencies, so when the equipment reaches the site there are
no mismatches or alignment issues which might ruin the
aesthetics of the kitchen or redoing of the civil services.
Our project team takes care of marking out the services at site
to avoid mismatches with utility services after equipment
reaches on site.

24. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
SPECIFICATION:
1.WHAT LL WILL DO
2.UNDER CLIENT’S SCOPE

25. WHAT LL WILL DO:
GENERAL
1. Placement of equipment at final position as per the drawing will be done by LL. (for full
project orders only)
2. Will install and connect equipment as per the latest service drawings with supply lines as
provided by the client/ client’s connection
3. When fixing shelves/wall brackets to wall, LL will use anchor fastners to mount it to the wall.
4. Will carry out full functional demonstration of equipment to the client for final hand over.
5. Will provide clients all manufacturer’s leaflets and documentation after installation.
6. Will provide client with all relevant contact information and full equipment specifications,
etc.
7. LL technicians/ engineers will remove all protective wrapping from all equipment that are
supplied by LL.
8. Will ensure final cleaning of all equipment.
9. LL will not undertake any other obligation unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
GAS CONNECTIONS:
1. All gas equipment will be installed and connected within (one) 1 meter with good quality
branded rubberized flexible pipe.
2. Testing & Commissioning of gas equipment will be done to the satisfaction of the client as
per details provided at the time of shop floor Drawing approvals.

26. WATER CONNECTIONS:
1. LL will carry out final connection of equipment within (one) 1 meter by PVC , good quality
water connection pipes from adjacent service point , provided by client/client’s contractor.
2. Testing and commissioning of all equipment working with water, will be done by LL engineer
to client’s representative as per the details provided at the time of Shop Floor Drawing
approvals.
DRAINAGE CONNECTIONS:
1. LL will carry out drainage connection to the equipment within (one) 1 meter with PVC
flexible pipe.
2. Testing of all drainage outlets for leakage of the equipment will be done to client’s
satisfaction, as per the details provided in shop floor Drawing approvals.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS:
1. LL will carry out all final electrical connection within (one) 1 meter to adjust service/ supply
points.
2. PVC flexible pipes may be used to tie back cables if necessary, for LL supplied equipment.
3. If any fluctuations in the power supply, LL Engineer/ Technician will inform the client/ project
manager for the immediate correction.

27. UNDER CLIENTS SCOPE:
GENERAL
1. Client need to approve all shop floor drawings, prior to production. If any changes needed, it
should be mentioned on drawings or within maximum 8 days from date of approval of
drawings.
2. In case of any additional installation beyond LL’s scope, which is required to be done by LL,
client needs to intimate LL in advance in writing at mutually agreed cost & charges.
3. Will arrange for safe unloading of the equipment and in case of any visible damage to either
equipment or packing it should be brought to LL notice in writing and also on transport
documents.
4. Client/client’s contractor’s will provide supply points till equipment for water, gas,
electricity, steam, drainage and all other facilities.
5. Will intimate to LL for carrying out installation and commissioning well in advance , atleast
before 10 days and ONLY after 100% readiness of site with availability of all fuels (gas,
electricity, water etc) with final supply points.

28. GAS CONNECTIONS:
1. Client will indicate type of gas to be used in all gas equipment at the time of approval of
shop floor drawings (Work Orders). Any subsequent change will be at additional cost and
delay. By default, all equipment will be designed to use LPG.
2. All gas pipelines, manifolds, valves till individual equipment will be under the scope of client/
client’s contractors.
3. Client need to ensure installation of gas valves and safety pressure regulators.
WATER CONNECTIONS:
1. Client will ensure supply of soft water quality to be PPH below 140 for all equipment for its
better and longer performance.
2. Water pipelines, valves etc. upto each equipment will be under scope of client/client’s
contractors.
DRAINAGE CONNECTION:
1. Client need to specify in advance the type of drainage system used at the site (floor/wall) at
the time of shop floor drawing approval.
2. Client need to ensure that the drainage point to be within (one) 1 meter distance from the
equipment, complete with all traps, trays etc.

29. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION:
1. Client need to specify the power that will be supplied (single/three phase), in advance at the
time of shop floor drawing approval.
2. All electrical installation, wiring, voltage, stabilizers, sockets, power brakers and plug points
within (one) 1 meter of individual equipment need to be provided by client/ client’s
contractors along with all its safety requirements.
