and extensive qualifications in the construction industry. I work well within a team
environment, whilst being able to organise and prioritise my own workload with ease
allowing me to work well independently. Having determination to do well at every
challenge that I face, I have knowledge and determination to prove my worth within

I have worked on a number on construction sites e.g. residential new builds, where my
responsibilities were Man in Attendance including:
• Erecting, dropping, and patrolling scaffolding
• Operate and drive 17M and 360 Slew Forklifts
• Ensuring scaffolding structures were safe and secure at all times
• Record keeping of safety checks
• General labouring
• Distributing materials to sub-contractors
• Control and replenishment of parts, equipment stock and materials
• Resolving snagging and defects for final habitation inspections
