There are three ways to find and reserve kits:

• If you need a kit ASAP,
please allow 3 days for
delivery

5. Fill out this form, clicking Unavailable if you do
not have an email address.
Check your
dates! Make
sure the pickup
and due dates
are appropriate
for when you
want to
distribute,
read, and
return this kit.
6. Reservation confirmed
• If your reservation is successful, you will receive
email confirmation.
• If you did not enter an email address, you may
verify your reservations by logging into My Kits:
7. Verifying or Deleting Reservations
When you log in to My Kits, you will see all your upcoming reservations. You
may also delete a reservation from this screen. To see past reservations,
click on the Include Past Reservations option.
