Exercise Science
Create an athlete testing program that scored each athlete against a continuumand also gave each a percentile
score. This program gave the ability to find baseline and then track progress.
Synthesis of data obtained from the use of force plates to compare footwear type and the given force absorption
of each shoe.
Authorand creator of Exercise Science blog using a blog I created twice a week I write about different topics of
exercise. This is my way of sharing my knowledge of Exercise Science, while trying to dispel the myths of
weight lifting.
Fitness
Academic Excellence Presenter I was selected from the major of Exercise Science to present my senior project
to peers, novice and experts alike as a preview to the future of exercise science.
Trained two athletes with the goal of increasing vertical leap. Over the course of 10 weeks workouts were
constructed modified and results recorded once a week. One individual achieved a 7.5 inch increase and the
other gained 5 inches.
Develop and designed a fitness testing program that can be utilized to calculate body fat, joint weaknesses,
cardiovascular health, and real achievable goals.
