Having 20 Years of experience in MECHANICAL Construction field with different Industrial

preparation & checking. Planned, supervised and executed enormous works like piping works and
Equipment erections in Chemical, Refinery and LNG plants. Also attended for Refinery and Gas
Plant shutdown works. Having the knowledge of software's. Currently working in Worley parsons
Arabian Industries JV as Sr. Project Engineer for South PDO IMC project based at HO in Muscat,
OMAN. I worked along with GlassPoint in Solar steam generation pilot at Amal, KHPT (Korea),
Cust-O-Fab (USA) and Cooperheat (UK) in Reliance Petroleum Refinery. KO Drum, Flare
(Utilities) area rack piping, TIE-IN’s and continuation lines in CCC for Qatar Gas II Expansion
project and QG I Live plant in QATAR. As a Construction Manager in KCEL I was handling the
project of 3 lac ID piping fabrication and erection, 950 MT of structural and equipment’s erection
independently at site. Trained in HSE & H2S.

Job: Project Coordination from coast (Construction & Maintenance).
Role: Project Engineer
Responsibilities:
To manage, direct and supervise all direct project functions, thus ensuring cost effective and
efficient achievement of all works.
Coordinating the construction works and managing the projects at PDO stations in south Oman.
Prioritisation of designated projects in accordance with available resources.
Liaise with management to ensure the needs of the asset are met as required.
Management of all works relating to the asset from registration to completion.
Overall supervision of individual projects through the designated project engineering team.
Coordinating for the shutdown activities, tie-ins, hook-ups and commissioning.
4. Managing the repair and maintenance works of the Storage Tanks.

equipment erections and civil works. Interacting with consultant and client for resolving the site
queries, progress review meetings and planning for tie-ins. Ensuring smooth construction
activities and coordination between departments. Forecasting the budget, Equipments and
manpower requirements and reporting to Head office. Allocating the specific works to sub
contractors and reviewing their progress. Ensuring that material availability, progress according

#5 Consolidated Contractors International Company - Qatar Gas II LNG Expansion Project
(QATAR)
Job: Piping works - Flare / K O Drum Offsite Area and TIE-IN Works.
Role: Piping Engineer
Responsible for, Job coordination and Construction works.
Ensuring all safety regulations are implementing on site.
Ensuring all quality requirements have been followed on site.
Ensuring that all subordinates aware of the work schedule and daily progress to be monitored in
order to ensure that the work on site is going according to the schedule. Raising T Q’s to the
client for technical mismatches.
Ensuring that every crew producing the planed productivity.
Monitor movement of manpower and equipment according to the site requirements and
progress required.
Maintain integrity between multinational technocrats.
Clearing the test packs with as built measurements of piping and as per drawings.
5. Ensuring the daily reports updated promptly to monitor the progress and preparing the plans
and schedules.
Approaching all the subordinates by regular meeting daily talk to share the problems in order to
solve on spot and communicating, reporting to the management.
Construction of rack piping (QG II), GRE Firewater lines and TIE-IN works in the live plant
(Qatar Gas I).
#6 Reliance Industries Ltd. – Petroleum Refinery (Jamnagar)
Job: Piping works - Coker plant
Shutdown work – FCCU Plant (Reactor/Regenerator)
Role: Construction Engineer
Responsible for studying the isometric drawings, estimating the quantity of work and routing,
Allotting the daily quantum of work to the workmen, Inspecting the spools and monitoring
spools erection, fit ups, alignment, valves & instrument positions and following the welding
procedures, marking the supports as per drawings with field modifications, preparing the field
joints & lines for NDT tests and Clearing the iso's.
Responsible to complete the work in limited timeframes. Studying the drawings and
inspecting the material. Scaffolding made inside the vessels Regenerator outer cyclone diplegs
are cut in the position using Clamshell cold cutting machine, removed and replaced with 22
new diplegs. Another 22 inner cyclones are cut and repaired for the damages with patch plates
and reinstalled. Valves as per requirement are cut with Colt Hydro cutting machine on the
regenerator shell and fixed new. Hex-mesh fixed and welded in conical portion of cyclone for
refractory lining.
Reactor Baffles removed and replaced with new baffles. Steam distribution nozzles
installed, Spent cat nozzle (A-28) removed by cutting with Robotic plasma cutting machine and
replaced new one. Hex-mesh fixed on the reactor shell and riser. Followed the preheating,
testing of weld joints, post heating, house keeping activities and also taken care of the safety
precautions.
Retail outlets construction, Towers erection, decision taking as per site conditions,
supervising the work execution, construction of Telo's antenna platforms, preparing inspection
reports, bills preparation and checking with stores and returns.
#7 Divi's Laboratories Ltd. - Project Construction (Visakhapatnam)
Job: Plant construction & Commissioning
Role: Site In charge
Responsible for quality of work and reporting the status, following construction of structural
works, Equipments like GLR's, SSR's & FRP tubs erection on platforms and Erection of storage
6. tanks using cranes. Pipeline supporting structures and pipelines from boiler, DM water plant to
production blocks, pipelines to supply acids from storage tanks to reactors for the process.
Brine storage tanks and supply lines with puff insulation. Fiber glass wool insulations to
pipelines and reactors. Approximately 1 km under ground pipeline laid from Jetty to plant for
sea water pumping.
Incinerator erection and commissioning along with chimney which includes erection of fire
drums with fire nozzles, Quenching tank with water spraying nozzles, water & fuel storage
tanks with piping, ID & FD Fans with required ducting and maintenance.
Purified water system construction with SS pipelines which includes filters and UV treatment
system with pumps and storage tanks. Erection and maintenance of AHU's with HEPA filters
and ducting for supply of clean air to Pharma blocks. Erection of Blowers, hood's, decanters,
Owens, dryers etc. with necessary piping works. And also followed shutdown work for FDA
audit.
