- Established and developed an alternative education classroom for at risk students in grades 3-7.
- Delivered Personalized and Individual Learning Programs
- Review of educational data provided by schools to inform planning, assessment as well as current information on the students
learning abilities and levels.
- Curriculum Development: Linking the Essential Learning’s to hands on curriculum for at risk and disengaged students.

- Case managed 30 students from kindergarten - grade seven.
- Worked with a multidisciplinary team consisting of the Guidance Officer, Head of Support Services, three deputies for all year
levels, teachers, teacher aides, outside agency staff and community members.
- Provided teachers with information and suggestions for de-escalation techniques for acting out students.
- Provided behaviour modification plans for individual students, teachers and parents.
- Planned and implemented social skill groups, anger management groups, carpentry program and a soccer/sports program for at risk
