Krishna is the Founder and Managing Consultant at HRPLEX CONSULTING (www.hrplex.in). Krishna
has consulted in the areas of people strategy, performance and corporate restructuring, change
management, and talent acquisition. His clients include the India Software Center of a Big 5 consulting
firm, a Family Office and several other medium sized organizations.
Krishna has enjoyed teaching courses in subjects such as Organization Change & Development,
Compensation Management and Labour Laws at B-Schools like Great Lakes at Chennai, NMIMS, at
Bangalore, and BIM at Trichy.
Krishna’s corporate experience spans leadership, and CHRO roles of over 20 years! In many of these, he
has initiated and led lasting & beneficial changes. Some of the companies that Krishna has worked for in
the past include Samsung Software & Invensys (CHRO), Ericsson (Head HR for the software division),
Hughes (Centre HR Head, now Aricent), IBM (HR Business Partner. In many of these roles, Krishna has
been an active internal coach!
