2. INSURANCE
An arrangement by which company or state
undertakes to provide a guarantee of compensation
for specified loss ,damage ,illness or death in return
for payment in a specified premium.

4. Life insurance
• Life insurance is a contract between the policy
owner and the insurer.
• Life insurance provides a monetary benefit to a
decedent's family or other designated
beneficiary, and may specifically provide for
income to an insured person's family, burial,
funeral and other final expenses. Life insurance
policies often allow the option of having the
proceeds paid to the beneficiary either in a lump
sum cash payment or an annuity.

5. Motor insurance
Auto insurance protects the policyholder against
financial loss in the event of an incident involving
a vehicle they own, such as in a traffic collision.

6. Fire insurance
Insurance that is used to cover damage to a
property caused by fire. Fire insurance is a
specialized form of insurance beyond property

policy.
