For the past 10 years he directed the IT initiatives and leads out in implementing lean strategies using technology to help eliminate waste and foster continuous improvement across the entire organization. King was responsible for launching what PSI calls Lean Automated Process (LAP) – a company-wide initiative to utilize technology to automate processes in order to boost productivity and cut costs. Under King’s leadership, the company’s continuous pursuit of lean techniques has been hugely successful in increasing efficiencies and lowering the cost of doing business. Prior to PSI, King held management positions in IT at IMS Manufacturing, ELF Machinery and IT Manager at Federated Media. King is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and also many other certifications in the IT field.
