                     PRODUCER:
                     TYPE OF WINE : Vin de Pays d'Attique – dry white wine
                     GRAPE VARIETY: Savatiano

                                    Grapes are bought from strictly selected vineyards in the foothills of Mount
                                                                                               foothills
                     VINEYARD:
                                   Pendeli, northern Attica at an altitude of 450m. In this area where snow falls
                                   Pendeli,                                                              snow
                                   in winter and the summer nights are cool, the Savatiano grape ripens slowly,
                                   retaining its acidity to give a fresh, fruity wine. Harvest is usually between
                                   15th-25th September
                                   Sand and clay with limestone subsoil
                     SOIL:
                                   90hl/ha
                     YIELD:
                     VINIFICATION: Grapes are picked in small baskets and transported directly to the winery.

                                   Cold maceration for about 12 hours is followed by the Willmes pneumatic
                                   press. Preliminary debourbage and fermentation at controlled temperature of
                                   17oC. Wine is bottled and sold within the year

                     ANALYSIS:
                     TASTING NOTES: Bright white-yellow colour with green highlights. A delicate nose of fresh
                                            white-
                                  fruit and orange blossom. Good fruity impact on the palate, fresh taste with
                                                                                                  fresh
                                                                                                oC. Enjoy it as an
                                  good acidity. Excellent long finish of fruit. Serve at 10-12

                                  aperitif, with seafood as well as with white sauces. Interesting is the
                                  combination with creamy pasta dishes and a variety of goat cheese

                                   From the Peloponnese two of Greece’s finest grape varieties, Roditis and

                     GRAPE VARIETY: Agiorgitiko 75% Cabernet Sauvignon 25%

                                    The grapes for this wine are cultivated on the slopes of the Nemea region,

                                   above Corinth. This soft, spicy Greek variety is given extra depth and body by

                   GRAPE VARIETY: Agiorgitiko (St. George)

                                  In the region of Corinth, vines are cultivated from sea level to a height of

                                 800m. It is in this area that one of the finest Greek grape varieties the

            Canava Roussos, one of the oldest winery on Santorini, was founded on 1836
Their vineyard is located in Santorini - on plot of land scattered throughout the island. Ecosystem
is unique here - as the island is the result of a volcanic eruption, many years ago
Viticulture technique adheres to the unique Santorini ecosystem, and till today, they use a form of
agriculture that is organic, to ensure the longevity of the plant and a good annual crop yield

Semeli White George Kokotos PRODUCER: TYPE OF WINE : Vin de Pays d'Attique – dry white wine GRAPE VARIETY: Savatiano Grapes are bought from strictly selected vineyards in the foothills of Mount foothills VINEYARD: Pendeli, northern Attica at an altitude of 450m. In this area where snow falls Pendeli, snow in winter and the summer nights are cool, the Savatiano grape ripens slowly, retaining its acidity to give a fresh, fruity wine. Harvest is usually between 15th-25th September Sand and clay with limestone subsoil SOIL: 90hl/ha YIELD: VINIFICATION: Grapes are picked in small baskets and transported directly to the winery. the Cold maceration for about 12 hours is followed by the Willmes pneumatic press. Preliminary debourbage and fermentation at controlled temperature of 17oC. Wine is bottled and sold within the year Alcohol 11.5%vol. Total acidity 5.3g/l. Residual sugar less than 1.0g/l ANALYSIS: TASTING NOTES: Bright white-yellow colour with green highlights. A delicate nose of fresh white- fruit and orange blossom. Good fruity impact on the palate, fresh taste with fresh oC. Enjoy it as an good acidity. Excellent long finish of fruit. Serve at 10-12 10- aperitif, with seafood as well as with white sauces. Here the grapes ripen slowly reaching perfect maturation, fully Mantineia. fully developing the distinctive flavours and aromas of both varieties. Harvest usually takes place at the beginning of October Limestone and clay SOIL: 60hl/ha YIELD: VINIFICATION: Grapes are handpicked and transported in small baskets. Classic white vinification, with gentle press in a Willmes pneumatic press. After a vinification, preliminary debourbage, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at debourbage, controlled temperature of 17-19oC 17- Alcohol 11.5%vol. Total acidity 5.4g/l. Residual sugar less than 1g/l ANALYSIS: TASTING NOTES: Pale and bright yellow-green colour with grey highlights. Intense and ripe bright yellow- on the nose with distinctive aromas of lemon, melon and rose petals. Dry on petals. the palate, well balanced with crisp acidity medium in body and full of minerality. Semeli Red George Kokotos PRODUCER: TYPE OF WINE : Vin de Pays de Peloponnese, dry red wine GRAPE VARIETY: Agiorgitiko 75% Cabernet Sauvignon 25% The grapes for this wine are cultivated on the slopes of the Nemea region, Nemea VINEYARD: above Corinth. This soft, spicy Greek variety is given extra depth and body by depth the addition of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest usually takes place between place 15th-25th September 15th- Limestone SOIL: 60hl/ha with 50hl/ha for C/S YIELD: VINIFICATION: Classic method of red vinification. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vinification. tanks at 25-28oC, while maceration lasts for 8 days. Wine runs off the skins, - 25 once fermentation is completed and it is transferred to 225 litre French oak casks for at least a year with a further 6 months bottle ageing before releasing Alcohol 12.5%vol. Total acidity 5.8g/l. Residual sugar less than 1.0g/l ANALYSIS: TASTING NOTES: Bright ruby red in colour. Good intensity on the nose, with aromas of fresh aromas red fruit, notes of sweet spices and a hint of herbs. On the palate it is full of palate freshness, with rounded body, soft tannins and crisp acidity. George Kokotos, Semeli Winery Kokotos, PRODUCER: TYPE OF WINE : OPAP Nemea GRAPE VARIETY: Agiorgitiko (St. George) In the region of Corinth, vines are cultivated from sea level to a height of to VINEYARD: 800m. It is in this area that one of the finest Greek grape varieties the varieties Agiorgitiko is grown. The wine of Nemea well deserves the name “Hercules Blood” given it by the local growers who attribute the qualities of this full this Blood” bodied, deep red wine to the mythological hero. Our vineyards at Koutsi in Nemea are situated at an altitude of 650m. Low yielding, they give grapes with give good concentration and ripeness. Harvest is usually at the end of September of Clay SOIL: 60hl/ha YIELD: VINIFICATION: Grapes are handpicked and transported in small baskets. Grapes are coldare soaked for up to seven days before fermentation to maximize flavour and colour extraction. Once fermentation commences we gently pump the juice juice over the cap to keep it moist and to encourage further extraction. The must is extraction. left on the skins for a total of 20-25 days before being run off. 20- Fermentation at 25-28oC. The wine is matured in new French oak casks for 12 25- months and 12 months in bottle before release. Can be aged for a further 5 to 7 years in bottle Alcohol 12.7%vol. Total acidity 4.8 g/l. Residual sugar <2g/l ANALYSIS: TASTING NOTES: Bright, youthful, deep purple colour. Intense on the nose shows aromas of shows dark fruit & earth, plump black cherry, black currant and blackberry overlay a blackberry supporting structure of toasty French oak and a spice rack complexity complexity including cinnamon & allspice flavours.
