1. Production Assistant – Job Description
The role of the Production Assistant is to support the Design Studio in the coordination and
execution of creative briefs.
Main Accountabilities
 Assisting the Studio Manager, Photographers and Copywriters in the smooth running of
the Studio, including inbox management, brief and workflow scheduling, artwork filing
and asset sourcing.
 Organising image, video and asset content within the Studio storage systems, working
with other Creative Teams and cross-functional teams on the resources and support
needed
 Quality control of artwork, ensuring it aligns with the entire BIG W brand identity set by
the Creative Director
 Providing team support with ordering equipment, arranging meetings, researching and
booking events
 Participating in and assisting the Studio Team in the review of studio performance,
preparing reports as required
Responding to customer, vendor and internal stakeholder queries and/or complaints
Core Career Experiences
 Previous experience in a Production Assistant or marketing assistant similar role
 Project management expertise with proven experience coordinating multiple campaigns
at any one time
 Previous experience in retail marketing or a similar consumer facing environment
