BACKGROUND
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal)
Act, came into effect on 9th December, 2013. The act will ensure that women are
protected against sexual harassment at all the workplaces.
The act mandates that all employers create awareness among their managers and
employees about the law and their own Anti – Sexual Harassment stand, policy and
redressal mechanism.
APPROACH
