2. City Works
Minneapolis, MN
City Works, Minneapolis by Bottleneck Management is now open. Located in the Mayo Clinic Square, this
restaurant features an american menu and 90 craft beers on tap. This warm environment is accented with
copper, warm woods and comfortable seating throughout. With TV’s meticulously placed so you can view
the game from all angles, this is going to be a favorite game day spot.
3. NapaValley Grille
Westwood, CA
NapaValley Grille’s interior and patio was renovated to reflect the restaurants sophisticated menu and wine
selections.The 372 seat restaurant mixes earth tone colors, wood, tile and copper textures to create an
inviting space that guests keep returning. From the lighting to the finishes, NapaValley Grille has captured
the warmth of being in a wine cellar in wine country.
4. Zed 451
Chicago
ZED451 rooftop renovation included removing an existing clearstory and a new floor plan with new
furniture. With it’s pops of color, mixes of wood and eclectic seating groups, ZED451 is a favorite spot during
Chicago summers. It offers a perfect setting for large groups or small intimate conversations.
5. Chop Shop
Chicago, IL
As a result of a radical transformation of a dilapidated 100-year old Wicker Park warehouse, the building
found on Chicago’s Landmarks Milwaukee Avenue District was renewed and reused to a full-service
restaurant, bar, and large versatile event space that occupies up to 500 guests. On a typical day, the operation
tranforms itself from a butcher shop and deli during the day to an all out American bar and eatery at night.
All of which happening at the same time, the 1st Ward Event space caters to a wide gamut of social events.
Ranging from but not limited to concerts viewings of sporting events and movies, open markets, corporate
or private outings, the final result is a reinvented building that metamorphosis’s itself as needed depending on
the dining and entertainment being provided at a given time.
6. Palm Restaurant
Beverly Hills, CA
With over 6,000 square feet of dining space, 185 seats and two private dining rooms this Palm has quickly
become one of the new favorite hot spots for the who’s who of Beverly Hills.This space boasts high ceilings,
a custom wine display cabinet and classic warm colors that complement the Palm concept.
7. Old Town Pour House
OakBrook, IL
Proudly working with Bottleneck Management, Old Town Pour House is a 7,000 sq. ft. energetic bar and
restaurant that serves innovative american fare with over 80 beers on tap.
The warm interior is complimented with rich woods, stacked stone and polished copper. The massive bar is
accompanied by large screen TVs and a copper clad ceiling. The 190 seat space offers a mix of tufted booths,
high top and communal tables. Guests can also dine outside on the modern patio with built inTVs and
fireplaces.
8. Dacre &Youngquist worked along side the owner of Detour to create this energetic space. Just a little over
1400 sq. ft, this office is nothing shy of simple. With it’s full height skylight box, mid century furnishings and
pops of color this a great space to work in.

9. Dacre &Youngquist was asked to design the new prototype design for the Palm Restaurants. Houston,
TX was choosen as the first location to be renovated.With over 8000 Sq. Ft., this location boasts a 150
seat dining room that showcases the traditional Palm artwork, warm wall tones and vibrant tufted booths.
The lounge area creates a sense of intimacy with a curved tin ceiling, warm wood panels and heavily tufted
booths. In addition to the dining room and lounge this location has a 1400 sq. ft. private dining space that is
equipped with 60” flat screen televisions and a flexible seating layout. Custom lighting in both the lounge and
the dining room adds to the new charm and character of the space.
