Future   Green   SustainabilityServe®   -   facilitating   development   of   a
sustainability  culture  in  your  organisation
There is great incentive for organisations to participate in the sustainability agenda and
great moral, financial and social reward in achieving sustainability goals. However most
companies fail to achieve significant and demonstrable success in embedding a
sustainability strategy.
A significant barrier is often the level of awareness within an organisation as to what
sustainability is, what the corporate sustainability goals are and the role of an individual in
supporting the sustainability agenda.
Future Green’s ethos is about informing people and influencing decisions; it is only by
engaging people through education that we can promote buy in through increased
understanding and awareness and resultant action necessary to achieve a more sustainable
world.
For a Sustainability Agenda to really succeed – it can start ‘corporate’, but it must become
personal, leading to “I can make a difference”.
Future Green offers enablers and methodologies to support developing a
Company’s  sustainability  objectives  by  empowering  its  people.

Our  Philosophy-  our  drivers
Don’t  just  tell  people  it’s important, make it
important, and create internal focus.
 Strong identity
 consistent application
 ongoing involvement
 re-new, re-fresh, re-invigorate
 ability to keep current
 key to its success involvement and pride
 “proud  to  do”  “not  a  hassle”
“A solution to help achieve
a concern for
sustainability  in  all  we  do”
The  How
Engaging your people though an effective, exciting and engaging sustainability awareness
programme which has top down sponsorship which messages the ongoing investment the
firm is making to achieve a long term sustainability future for the company, the employees
and the communities in which it operates.
The delivery will take the form of structured interactive training programmes to help the
organisation’s  primary  resource,  its  human  capital  employees:
 understand the necessity of becoming sustainable
 be aware and understand their potential role in that process
 access and acquire relevant knowledge and skills
 become better informed and confident
Turn  Key  Solution’s
Future Green develops focused learning utilising established business practitioners and best
in class developers of educational programmes. All modules undergo peer review. We are
responsible for content development, quality assurance and testing, visualisation, graphic
design and project management.
Additional modules may be commissioned by the client organisation in which the business
objectives are defined and learning outcomes established.
We offer a turn-key solution delivered within a Sustainability Academy on a standalone
portal or the modules and programmes can be made available to host on your LMS.

Safeguard  your  Business
SustainabilityServe® is a cost effective, robust,
trusted solution created by industry experts to
meet your needs.
Our people engagement solution was developed
over 2 years and won recognition by South
Africa’s largest company on the JSE, Sasol.
A product overview, including technical information for SustainabilityServe®, and details
about our technology partner, Unicorn, is provided in Appendix One of this document.
Benefits  Employees become change agents to effect the sustainability the
company is committed to
 Apply and incorporate sustainability in their day to day work
 Strengthen the bond between employee and company to achieve
measurable levels of sustainability
 Increased motivation and better educated employees helping the
company to develop and implement its sustainability strategy
 Support employees to become better informed in order to influence
policies and behaviours where the sustainability of the environment and
the well-being of each individual are respected
Organisations can choose to have the learning modules and Academy branded and content
tailored  to  meet  the  organisation’s  requirements  in  multiple  languages. There are currently
three levels;
Sustainability Challenge: a diagnostic tool which records existing knowledge
Foundation Sustainability Programme: designed to address awareness and
understanding, targeted at the entire organisation
Professional  Sustainability  Programme’s: designed to analyse and assess key
sustainability drivers such as value adding energy management
Details on each of the three levels can be found in Appendix Two of this document.
We are constantly developing learning, for example; the energy programme has been
developed because in the future carbon abatement programmes will play a critical role in the
financial and operational success of most major utilities and energy intensive users. Energy
efficiency programmes can drive carbon abatement and reduce costs.
Bespoke modules can readily be developed. Modules for future commissioning include;
Safety, Process safety, Food security, Product stewardship, Mobility, and Responsible care.
