Beginner Boot Camp
This toned down version of our Boot Camp is for those of you looking
to get a start in reaching you’re fitness goals.This class is perfect for
individuals who want to begin changing their fitness level. Expect to be
pushed by our instructors to improve your cardiovascular endurance,
strength, and flexibility. Enjoy the benefits of working out in a group setting.

this class is toned down to ease you into this life changing process.
Boot Camp
A class designed to help you reach your fitness goals! Classes will include
cardio, strength, and flexibility training. Each class will include the use of a
variety of equipment & exercises. Come prepared for an intense workout!

• Boot Camp is not your typical military workout, however the term
derives from the military because it is such a great workout.
• Boot Camp holds you accountable for getting the most out of your workout.

• Boot Camp is designed for everyone, it doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in! This class will
help you reach your goals as long as you are willing to work hard to achieve them.You should expect

never have any of these experiences.We want you to feel welcome and
comfortable.We want you to get the most out of your membership.
We have free childcare with stimulating activities, or, with our
affordable family membership, your kids can attend certain
classes with you and/or sign up for kid-centered classes
of their own! We will never try to up-sell you on the
latest, greatest protein supplement or expensive
sessions with a personal trainer. Of course, we
have personal trainers, but you know where
to find them, so we will let you come to us.
As we stated, a welcoming environment
is very important.With that said, we ask
everyone to respect our guiding principal
of treating others as you would like to

and we want everyone to thrive!
Now, we are not going to be one
of those fitness centers that says
that you have to be over a certain
weight to join, or that you must
conform to a specific body-type
or that you can’t have too many
muscles or lift weights too loudly.
We certainly are not telling you
that you can’t bring your friends,
or that you need to join hands
and sing Kumbaya.All we are
saying is that you should be open

Our certified and trained group exercise instructors are the
most educated team in the country! Our instructors are eager
to motivate, challenge and coach you to give your personal
best in every group exercise class.With so many workout
class options in group exercise, many of our instructors
direct their learning and focus to a few select formats, making
them experts in the group exercise class they are leading
and better able to address your individual fitness needs.

the program they are leading, they also understand how to
effectively train a group.They comprehend group dynamics

Our facilities and equipment are brand new, state-of-the-art to ensure that you get the most out
of your workout! We work hard to keep everything in excellent condition and we take pride in
that.With an indoor track, loads of weightlifting and cardio equipment, a pool that is always an
inviting 75ºF, a childcare center, and several large studios where our group fitness classes meet, you
can work out any time of the day, any way you want! Did we mention that we are open 24/7?

This upbeat workout combines high and low impact aerobics
to challenge all fitness needs.A total fitness class.
Butts ‘N’ Guts
A combined workout targeting buttocks and abs.
Cardio Dance
Challenge yourself by learning a few dance moves! Learn steps
from “SoYou ThinkYou Can Dance?” and “Dancing with the
Stars”.This class provides a warm-up, slow stretch and aerobic
development, body alignment and basic jazz movement.
Cardio Fusion
This class is a blend of aerobic exercises designed by the
instructor for the class.This cardio class will include: Step
Aerobics, BOSU Ball, Hi/Lo Aerobics, and Kickboxing.
Cardio Hi/Lo Blast
Looking for a great way to get moving right away in the morning?
Try our Cardio Hi/Lo Blast! This class will incorporate some dance
and kickboxing moves.Accessories integrated into class include: light
weights, steps, and the BOSU ball. Join us for a great workout!
Circuit Express
Incorporates cardio, strength, and functional training
in a circuit format. Quick, fun, and effective!
Firm Up, Feel Good
This aqua exercise class promotes flexibility, muscle toning,
proper breathing and body alignment/appreciation. Class will
use Aqua-Joggers and foam barbells. No swimming ability is
required, however participants must be comfortable in deep
water.This class meets in the deep end of the pool.
Fusion-Pilates &Yoga
A combination of Pilates,Yoga and deep breathing techniques.A
workout focusing on strength, flexibility and core conditioning.All
levels are encouraged to attend and experience the connection
between long, lean muscles and stress release exercises.
Indoor Cycling
This is an exciting cardiovascular workout set to music on a
stationary bike. it is simple, fun and easy to learn.This class is ideal
for everyone; all ages and fitness levels are welcome.You must sign
in bi-weekly at the Entrance A Service Desk to reserve your bike.
New sign-up forms are set out the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month.
*New Participants: please arrive 10 minutes

Just Pump
An athletic-based workout using various weights and fitness
“toys” targeting every major muscle group and designed for
all ages and fitness levels.This class will deliver quick results to
tone and strengthen your body.A great way to get in shape!
Low Impact Aerobics
A softer form of your favorite
exercise that is a less jarring method
of burning fat and enhancing
the cardiovascular system.
Kickboxing Blitz (Formerly Body Blitz)
A kickboxing party for your whole body! Blitz your
workout with fat burning movements and core tightening
strategies while punching your stress away!

Mega Lift
Ready for more? Slower lift with challenging weights (dumbbells at your
challenge amount) and a bangin’ ab set complete another step on your path

Pump Pilates & PowerYoga
This class is a great complement to your cardio workout and will work all
of the muscle groups using weights, balls, and your own body weight with
yoga. Focus is on core strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. Class
will finish with a rejuvenating yoga sequence to get you ready for the day.
Rotation
We will rotate our Just Pump, PowerYoga and Cardio Dance
fitness classes to offer you a variety of options including
toning, strengthening, core strength, flexibility and basic

SilverSneakers®
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises
designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and
activity level for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic
tubing with handles and medicine balls are offered for resistance
and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers® ii
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and
muscular endurance with a standing circuit workout. Upper
body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing
with handles, and medicine balls is alternated with non-impact
aerobic choreography.A chair is offered for support, head to toe
stretching and complete relaxation in a comfortable position.
Step
This high energy step class is designed to challenge every major
muscle group in your upper and lower body while improving
cardiovascular fitness using a 12” step. High intensity effect on the
cardiovascular system, yet low impact on the skeletal system.
Strength, Balance, & Flexibility (SBF)
Build strength in all of your major muscle groups and core! Weights,
dynabands & stability balls will be used in this newly offered class which
places and equal emphasis on exercises to improve balance & flexibility.
Appropriate for beginners and the experienced. No jumping included.
