Experimented with the foaming properties of varyingsophorolipids
usingthe Ross-Miles foamtest apparatus.Usingthis technique, data
was collected on acidic sophorolipid,methyl ester sophorolipid,and
ethyl ester sophorolipid atfour specific concentrations.Data points
were collected under two different temperature environments. Foam
height was measured every thirty seconds over the courseof one
hour. Data found can be used for further research in drug
delivery and household applications.
