Company CNP Centrum Nakladania Powlok has been for over 15 years on
the market. CNP is a leader with big experience in anticorrosive coatings.

3. History
1998 Cynk-Zar Sp.J. was founded and started his servieces
2005 Move to the present plant in Myszkow
2008 Start of zinc-flake coatings using the products of ATOTECH

2011 Purchase of the salt spray chamber
2012 Start of low-temperature fire-zinc coatings
2013 Cooperation with MAGNI in zinc-flake coatings

4. Fire-zinc coatings
In CNP we have 4 centrifuges for applying fire-zinc coatings on the
fasteners and other small elements.
Using the fire-zinc process we ensure anticorrosive coatings of the highest
quality.
Fire-zinc coatings are applied in accordance to the EN ISO 10684
Standard.
Fire-zinc coatings are put on:
- Fasteners (strength class from 4.6 – 10.9)
- Nails
- Other elements to 600mm length

5. Low-temperature fire-zinc coatings
In the company there are 2 centrifuges to apply low-temperature fire-zinc
coatings.
Lower temperature of zinc bath allows us to coat the fasteners in class
10.9 and HV fasteners, because low-temperature fire-zinc coating is safer
for the fasteners with strength in this class.
Zinc coatings are applied in accordance to the EN ISO 10684 Standard.
Fire-zinc coatings are put on:
- Fasteners (strength class from 4.6 – 10.9 and HV)
- Nails
- Other elements to 600mm length

6. Zinc-flake coatings
In our company we have 1 centrifuge to apply zinc-flake coatings.
Using zinc-flake coating technology we can coat the elements without
possibility of hydryding and properties of metal.
With zinc-flake coatings can be reached the corrosion protection even
2000 h in NSS.
Zinc coatings are applied in accordance to the EN ISO 10683 Standard.
Fire-zinc coatings are put on:
- Fasteners (strength class from 4.6 – 12.9)
- Nails
- Springs
- Other elements to 2000mm length

the EN ISO 9227 Standard.
