To Whom It May Concern,
It is with great pleasure that I have the opportunity to endorse Karl
Swinford. As his direct supervisor, Karl made an immediate impression
on me and earned everyone’s respect as he selflessly found a way to
make a difference in his role on the coal equipment team. He proved to
be the consummate professional.
Undoubtedly Karl Swinford will make a positive impact on any
organization, entity, team or business he joins. In my observance of his
work, he had a consistent record of demonstrating success and effecting
change in the organization. Although our time together was limited, I
watched Karl rapidly and enthusiastically transition into a dynamic role,
immerse himself in education to gain a clear understanding, and as such
he quickly earned our implicit trust.
He has all the attributes and qualities one would look for in any
professional. Without question he will give equal effort and passion to
